Gryphon

Gryphons are one of the most powerful flying predators, second only to the great Wyrms. Their beak has evolved like a pickaxe to crack away rocks so that they can create spacious nests in cliff faces. As a result, their beaks can be used as an effective weapon against armored knights and warriors.
